Hi Jason & Team, We just wanted to send you a quick email to say thank you to you all for such an amazing job on our living room cabinets! We are SO happy and impressed with the finished product and just how perfectly they fit and even all of the finishes. Everyone who has seen them have commented on how great they look. So many people have been surprised that we already had the mantel and you guys actually had to build around it, everyone has assumed that you built the mantel too because it matches so perfectly and the cuts in the cabinets that go around all of the mantel detail are absolutely perfect. All of the workers who have been out have been amazing but I particularly want to make note of Frank (who was here for almost a full day) and was so particular, that he took so much time to ensure all of the cuts were perfect and that there were no gaps at all in any of the joins. He was a total perfectionist, which was amazing! We had no idea what the finished result would be and were so worried that it would be obvious that the cabinets were built around the mantel, so we are over the moon with the end result and it is even more amazing than we could have hoped for! The entire team have been amazing and even the communication between the office with us has been great as well! (after building, we have experienced a lot of bad workmanship and terrible customer service/communication from many of the companies we have dealt with over the past 2 years). While Glen & Frank were here working on them, I actually had a client over who happens to be an interior designer and is also just about to start building, she commented on how great they looked and what a good and thorough job the boys were doing, so she has asked for your details as well. Thank you so much again and we will definitely be recommending you to anyone who needs cabinetry!

Hi Squeak, Just wanted to commend you on your staff. I have never dealt with any other company where the staff are such a joy. You must be doing something right!!!! Because all the staff I have dealt with are happy, affable, punctual, obliging and importantly very good at what they do. Matt deserves special mention. I had a carpenter working at the house when he installed the kitchen. He commented that he had never seen a kitchen installed so quickly and of such a good standard. I have dealt with Matt at a few houses and he is a very good advocate for C.C. He enjoys what he does and takes pride in his workmanship.He was ably assisted by Aden who was a pleasure to have on site. Glenn came today to do the final touches. He did an excellent job. He is clearly a very good tradesman who enjoys working for C.C. He did a few things above and beyond to help me, which I very much appreciated. The few stone guys I have have dealt with have also been very good. Greg is another very talented guy. Finally Jason! Working with him has been an absolute joy. He is a really fine young man. Who is creative, thinks outside the square, creates excellent kitchens/bathrooms/laundries etc etc. Nothing is too much trouble and he delivers on time. His efficiency has made my job so much easier.I know when I am doing a house I don’t need to worry about the work he is doing. Look forward to working with Character cabinets on the next project.
